Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
UK Standard Shipping

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes). During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow extra time for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@velvetslate.co.uk within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our carrier's website.
